Exchange Policy:

We accept exchanges for store credit within 10 days of customer receiving the item. We do not offer returns. 

Email us at info@empulseline.com to start the exchange process. Provide your order number, what item you would like to exchange for store credit, and let us know if you still have the original shipping packaging.  

We will email you with a complimentary shipping label if you still have the original packaging to send back the item(s). Items must be received in original condition to be eligible for an exchange. Please ship item back to us within a week of receiving our return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will email you a gift certificate of equal value to our shop! 

All sale items and customized items are final sale. 

 

Lost Packages:

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, store credit or replacement for lost or stolen packages. It is completely out of our control. Please reach out to USPS or UPS to file a claim using your tracking #
