Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within seven days of customer receiving the item (package most be postmarked within 7 business days since it was delivered). Customer is responsible for shipping item back to eMpulse and item must be received in original condition. Email us at info@empulseline.com to start the return process.

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment, not including shipping. 

All sale items and customized items are final sale.
