Return Policy

We accept returns within seven days of customer receiving the item (package most be postmarked within seven business days since it was delivered). Customer is responsible for shipping item back to eMpulse and item must be received in original condition to receive return payment.

Email us at to start the return process. Provide your order number (or purchase date if it was at at pop-up event), style, and size of the garment you would like to return. 

Refunds will be returned to the original method of payment, not including shipping. 

All sale, customized, and made to order items are final sale.  

Our system does not offer online exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your item and place a new order.
