Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for store credit within 10 days of customer receiving the item. We do not offer returns.
Email us at info@empulseline.com to start the exchange process. Provide your order number, and what item you will be shipping back to us for store credit. We will provide you the shipping address for you to mail us back the item (customer is responsible for shipping).
Items must be received in original condition to be eligible for a store credit exchange and be shipped out within 10 days of you receiving it. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will email you a gift certificate of equal value to our shop.
All sale items and customized items are final sale.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund, store credit or replacement for lost or stolen packages. Lost packages are out of our control. Please reach out to USPS or UPS to file a claim using your tracking #
